Common Agricultural Machinery Bearing Types and Application Scenarios

Bearing types:

Deep groove ball bearings, suitable for agricultural machinery tractor gearboxes and fan shafts; 

Tapered roller bearings, for tractor wheels and harvester drum shafts; 

Self-aligning roller bearings for large harvester main shafts and seeder drive shafts.

Routine Maintenance: Regularly check the seals for damage and prevent impurities from entering; Replenish with dedicated grease as needed (use lithium-based grease or composite lithium-based grease for high-temperature and heavy-load conditions); If abnormal bearing noise or excessive temperature rise is detected, stop the machine immediately for inspection and repair to prevent journal wear or bearing seizure.
